P value for randomization test for ΦPT is based on 999 permutations across the full data set. R. solani group consisted of three subpopulations namely, AG 1-IB, AG 2-2IIIB, and AG 5. W. circinata group consisted of varieties zeae, circinata and an unidentified subgroup.
