aSeeds obtained from selected infected mother plants that exhibited highest ELISA readings when derivative symptomatic leaf tissues were assayed. Seeds were planted in a greenhouse that was maintained at 26.7°C ± 1. bSeedlings were harvest 4-5 weeks post-emergence individually by cutting stems above the unifoliolate leaves. cTotal positive seedlings/total seedlings tested.
