The E. cloacae E010 strain was cultured on KB medium at varying temperatures for 24 h. The KB medium plates were attached to PDA plates culturing P51 or DOB-2 and incubated for an additional 24 h. The percentage of conidial germination was compared to those attached to KB medium plates only.
