(A) Enterobacter cloacae E010 cultured in KB and perlite (E010-KB-perlite) was prepared in different amounts and placed in a moist chamber along with citrus fruit inoculated with P. digitatum P51 and incubated at room temperature for 7 days. (B) Reduction of green mold severity caused by P. digitatum due to the increase of KB concentrations in the E010-KB-perlite formulation. Experiments were repeated twice with 10 fruit for each treatment.
