Table 4: Thermodynamic stability parameters of native and mutant cUNG in Hepes buffer by DSC. The heating rate was 1°C per min. The experiments were performed at least twice, and resulted in reproducible Tm values irrespective of the protein concentration used. The molar heat capacity data extracted from experimentally obtained transition curves were deconvoluted on a two-state transition model using CpCalc software. The unfolding was irreversible.
