The vaccinated rabbit had sufficiently increased antibody titers against the 3 kinds of conjugated synthetic peptides (Pep-1, Pep-2, and Pep-3) of gp350/220, after three peptides conjugated with KLH (300–400 µg of each) were mixed with CFA and injected subcutaneously into the rabbit and additional KLHconjugated peptides (100–200 µg of each) mixed with IFA were injected at 2 and 5 weeks after the initial inoculation.
