Large-scale purification of the DNA vaccines pVAXEGFRvIII (1), pVAXMAGE (2), pVAXGLEA (3), pVAXEgDGFRvIII (4), pVAXgDMAGE (5) and pVAXGLEA (6) was conducted using an Endofree Plasmid Giga Kit.
