A) Western analysis of the expression levels of markers for ES cells (UTF1 and Oct4), mesoderm and endoderm (GATA4), endoderm (Troma1) and mesoderm (Vimentin). Actin levels were determined as a loading control and GFP-UTF1 for transgene expression. B) Immunohistochemical analysis of wild type (ES) and GFP-UTF1 expressing ES cells (ES_OE#1 and #2) using antibodies against Oct4, UTF1 and GATA4. Cells were counterstained with DAPI.
