First, physical dosimetry realized as soon as possible after irradiation provides information about irradiated area extent and allows an exhaustive excision surgery. Secondly, 3 to 4 weeks after surgery a first autologous skin graft is achieved. Thirdly the schedule of each following stages (such as number of BM-MSC injections) are realized depending on the absorbed dose, clinical evolution and therapeutic delay. BM-MSC are harvested during the first surgical act, expanded and four quality controls are performed before injections. This figure has been realized through clinical report cases [14,15,50,51].
