Lung tissues were obtained from C57BL/6 mice at the indicated time intervals after bleomycin treatment. The numbers of cell were counted per microscopic field at ×400magnification. Each value represents mean ± SEM. Data represent mean of 2 independent experiments. * P <0.05 - compared to the mice received intratracheal NaCl 0.9%;& P<0.05 - compared to the mice received intratracheal bleomycin and NaCl 0.9% treated.
