The concentration of (c) glucose was also changed according to different mixture medium. Adipogenic differentiation cocktails share the same inducing factor, dexamethasone. Besides that, adipognic induction factors used in this study contain (d) 3-isobutyl-1-methylxanthine (IBMX), (e) insulin, and (f) indomethacin (Indo). Among these soluble factors, only the concentration of β-GP decreased with the increasing percentage of adipogenic medium.
