Figure 2: MSC reduce TNFα production by healthy CD19+ B cells. Healthy and Lupus donor CD19+ B cells were co-cultured with MSC from various sources for 96 hours. After 96 hours supernatants were collected. dsDNA autoantibodies and cytokine production was detected via ELISA. Statistical comparisons were performed using one-way ANOVA with Tukey posttest. *p≤0.05; n=5. Experiments were done with 5 healthy and 5 lupus donors and 2-3 different MSC lines.
