Figure 2: Transplantation of iPS cell-derived cardiomyocytes on degradable Cultisphere S microcarriers. Quantitative real time PCR data showed early cell retention in transplanted single cell suspensions of iPS-CMs at 0h, 6h and 24h after transplantation. The second group validates the retention of iPSCMs cultured on microspheres. Prior to transplantation microspheres were manually selected (”picked”) to excluded spheres without cell loading from the experiment.
