Cells were treated with 10 μM SAM for 24 h, and then with 1 mM H2O2 for 6 h. Control (A), SAM 10 μM (B), H2O2 for 6 h (C), and co-treatment with SAM and H2O2 (D). The effects H2O2 treatment on cell morphology and confluency were improved by SAM.
