Cells were treated with IGF-I and Nrf2 siRNA at different concentrations (0.1, 1, and 10 nM). The control (control siRNA) is a negative control for RNA interference (A, B). Cells were transfected with IGF-I and Nrf2 siRNA for 24 h. IGF-1 and Nrf2 mRNA expression was measured using real-time PCR. Results are expressed as mean ± SD of fold-increases over that of the control (n=8). Statistical analysis: *p<0.05 vs. negative control (control media).
