ASCs from three donors were cultured in 96 well plates (each in quintuplicate) and preconditioned for 48 hours (as indicated). Then, the XTT assay was performed and optical density (OD) was measured in a microplate reader at 490 nm vs. 650 nm. Results are shown as arbitrary units (mean ± SD). No significant effects on the cell viability could be detected.
