Cells were either cultured under standard conditions (Ctrl) or preconditioned by incubation in a hypoxic environment (Hyp; 0.5% O2), in the presence of EGF (10 ng/ ml) or TNFα (10 ng/ml) for 48 h. Hereafter, expression of 507 proteins was measured in the cell supernatant by a commercially available protein array. Heatmap displays proteins enhanced at least >5-fold versus control and arbitrary unit of stimulation>500.
