(e) Cardiac defect: truncus arteriosus communis with hypertrophy of right cavities (auricle and ventricle), left heart hypoplasia with castellated appearance of the auricle. (f) Encephalic anomalies: small brain (dorsal face) represented by a single cerebral mass with partial dorsal of interhemispheric sulcus, signing a semi-lobar holoprosencephaly.
