Figure 2: Response to morphine (2.5-7.5 mg/kg, sc) in colchicine treated animals using place conditioning task. Animals of lesioned classes were injected colchicine (2or8µg/rat, intra-CA1). The animals after being recovered were tested for place conditioning by morphine. A class legend "normal" was simply injected saline intra-CA1 and passed the same conditioning task. Control groups of all categories legend sal in Figure only received saline throughout the procedure (both intra-CA1 and peripherally).
