The Busin glide tip was positioned next to the corneal nasal incision and the edge of the donor tissue was grasped using forceps introduced through the temporal incision (Figure 1a). The donor tissue was pulled into the anterior chamber, in this case through a 3.2 mm incision (Figure 1b-c). The donor tissue in the anterior chamber after insertion (Figure 1d).
