Figure 4: MTA1 and PTEN coimmunoprecipitate. Agarose beads conjugated with anti-PTEN antibody were used to pull down PTEN from cell lysates of MDA-MB-231 and MCF7 cells. The immunoprecipitates were separated on SDS-PAGE gels and transferred on PVDF membranes. These were probed with antibody against MTA1. Left panel shows coimmunoprecipitates and right panel indicates whole cell lysates.
