The proportion of cells residing in DNA fragmented (M1), G0/ G1 (M2), S (M3) and G2/M (M4) phases of the cell cycle, are indicated (inset). The control group showed increased number of cells in G2/M and phase S (A). Treatment of B16F10 melanoma with PHO-S reduced number of cells in G2/M and increased the number of dead cells (B and C). Notice PHO-S 1.6 mg/ml was significantly more effective than 3.3 mg/ml in distribution of cell in the cell cycle phases.
