Later this was eluted by ammonium acetate buffer (pH 4.65). All P. aeruginosa strains, particularly P. aeruginosa 2453 strain, showed maximum amount of azurin production. (b) Bar (mean � S.E) shows the synthesis of the azurin by various P. aeruginosa strains: The production of azurin was enhanced by adding CuSo4 (5µg/ml) and KNO3 (0.02 µg/ml) in the culture medium under facultative anaerobic condition.
