  • Rapid growth.
  • Pain.
  • Large lesions (>4 cm).
  • Presence of necrotic and hemorrhagic areas

 

 

Histological

  • Necrosis.
  • Cells in fusiform strings.
  • Nuclear pleomorphism.
  • Large nucleus with vesicular core.
  • Increased mitotic activity.
  • Increased nucleus radius in relation to cytoplasm.
