Table 3: Effect of nutlin on combination of varying concentrations of leptomycin and DR5 on PC3 cells- The PC3 cells were plated at 10,000cells/ml in a 6 well plate and incubated for 24 hours. These were then treated with nutlin and incubated for 5 hours followed by addition of varying concentrations of leptomycin B, DR5 and their combinations and incubated for 24 hours. Images of cells were captured before and after incubation with drugs through light microscopy for calculating percentage apoptosis.
