Cells were seeded at 2000 cells/well in complete media and then counted at 3 and 5 days ; B) Cell cycle analysis by flow cytometry of Sirt7 RNAi-transfected MCF7 cells following 0.1 mM doxorubicin. Doxorubicin at 0.1 mM had no effect on Sirt7 RNAi transfected MCF7 cell cycle and caused cell cycle arrest at the G2/M phase in the mock transfected cells.
