Figure 1: Preparation of monocyte-derived IL 15/IL-15Rα EP DC in a three step protocol. In the first two steps, monocytes are differentiated in the presence of IL-4 and GM-CSF into immature IL-4 DC, followed by maturation in the presence of TNF-α and PGE2. In the third step, IL-15, IL-15Rα and/ or tumor-specific antigen mRNA are co-electroporated into the matured DC to obtain IL-15/IL-15Rα-producing DC.
