Figure 7: Phantom experiment in spectra A mode. For each thickness, the absorbance was measured. The absorbance of light was 14% ± 2% for the 100μm layer thickness, 10% ± 2% for the 200 μm layer thickness and 1% ± 2% for the 300 μm layer thickness. The error bars in figure 7 represents the standard deviation of the normalized intensity profile within a region of interest at each depth location.
