Figure 4: Genistein suppresses androgen-mediated protection of FOXO1- induced cell death in LNCaP cells. Cells were transfected with 0.5 µg GFP vector (pLNCE), and 0.1 µg FOXO1:TSS (AAA) and treated with genistein with or without R1881 for 24 hrs. The viability of transfected cells in each well was determined by counting the total number of green cells.
