Only HFK expresses the ASncmtRNAs (red fluorescence) (63x). The cells were also staining with DAPI. B) ISH of normal cervical epithelium. The SncmtRNA and the ASncmtRNAs are expressed in basal layer of the epithelium compared with the section stained with H&E. Notice that in both specimens the ASncmtRNAs are localized in the nucleus (arrows) (40x).
