 Abdollah Hossein Khan Nazer a Professor,Food Hygiene Department, School of Veterinary Medicine, Shiraz University, Shiraz-Iran. He has received many awards and grants for his valuable contributions and discoveries in major area of research. His research interests, as a Researcher lie in food science. He is the Board Member of  peer reviewed journals and his area of expertise, as an Research Scholar credits him with many publications in national and international journals.
