I hold a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Masters’ Degrees in Clinical Pharmacy (M.Pharm), Health Planning and Management (MHPM) and Public Health (MPH); postgraduate certificate in Pharmacoepidemiology and Pharmacovigilance; Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Clinical Pharmacy (with specialization in Pharmacoepidemiology and Pharmacovigilance); and a Fellowship of West African Postgraduate College of Pharmacists (FPCPharm).
I started my public health experience as a peer educator on adolescent reproductive health and HIV/AIDS prevention. I have good experience in operational research, supervision, capacity building and technical assistance provision at multiple levels, program planning and management; design and implementation of project monitoring and evaluation (M&E) plan. I have (co)authored over 28 publications. I am currently the Associate Director, Strategic Information and Drug Logistics at Howard University Pharmacists and Continuing Education (HU PACE) center, a core consortium partner in the Strengthening Integrated Delivery of HIV/AIDS Services project, a PEPFAR-funded project through USAID, in the country office. Before joining HU PACE in 2005, I worked at both hospital and community settings. I have over 10 years’ professional experience in public health programmes.
I am a goal-oriented professional and a team player with good technical writing and oral presentation skills. I have the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
