Dr. Amir Biranvand has worked to elucidate the Behavior, Ecology, and Life history of natural enemy insects, especially Parasitoid wasps. Currently, Amir Biranvand is working as a professor in the Department of Entomology from College of Agricultural Sciences, Islamic Azad University, Shiraz, Iran.
