Dr. Basu's has joined The University of Findlay as Assistant Professor of Pharmaceutical Sciences in the Fall of 2006. He graduated with Ph.D. in pharmaceutical Sciences with focus in ‘drug delivery’ from Auburn University, Auburn Alabama in 2006. Dr. Basu comes has previous teaching experience in India; at The University of Findlay he is intimately involved in training the professional pharmacy students in physical pharmacy/pharmaceutics, pharmacokinetics and pharmaceutical compounding/skills laboratory.
Dr. Basu’s research interest includes drug delivery, design, fabrication and characterization of nanoparticles, use of nanoparticles in drug delivery, stability of drugs in formulations and analytical method development.
