She is an associate professor in the department of food science from Faculty of food science and technology, Universiti Putra Malaysia, Malaysia. She has awarded with a Ph.D degree in food chemistry and toxicology from Wisconsin University; Madison, USA. Her experience includes various programs, contributions and participation in different events for diverse fields of study. Her research interests reflect in her wide range of publications in various national and international journals.
