Ben Dhia Hamed

Biography

​Dean Ben Dhia holds a Doctorate in hydro-geothermal sciences from Bordeaux, France (1983). He has over thirty years of experience in research, teaching, and leadership in higher education specifically in the areas of science, engineering, and technology transfer. Among the many academic responsibilities he held throughout his career, he was head of the Geology Department of at the Sfax National Engineering School (ENIS) from 1982 to 1986, Director of ENIS from 1993 to 1997, and President of the University of Sfax, from 2007 to 2011. He joined MedTech as Dean of the Institute in 2013.
