Bianca Mothe

Biography

Dr. Bianca Mothe is Associate Professor of Biological Sciences at the California State University San Marcos, USA. She received her BS, Biochemistry from 1993–1997. Dr. Mothe received her Ph.D. in Molecular and Cellular Pathology from University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2002. She conducted her postdoctoral work at Epimmune, Inc in San Diego, CA. Dr. Mothe has over 16 peer reviewed publications. Her areas of specialization are immunology and virology. Dr. Bianca's research interests include designing novel vaccines for rapidly mutating pathogens, including HIV and SIV.
