Biography
 José O. Bordin is currently working as a Professor at Disciplina de Hematologia e Hemoterapia, Universidade Federal de São Paulo, Brazil. Dr. José O. Bordin graduated in medicine from the Federal University of São Paulo (1976), Master of Medicine (Haematology) at the Federal University of São Paulo (1986), doctorate in Medicine (Haematology) at the Federal University of São Paulo (1990), and Habilitation Universidade Federal de São Paulo (1996). She has expertise stage in The New York Blood Center (USA, 1985), and postdoctoral studies at McMaster University (Canada, 1992-1994). She was President of the Brazilian College of Hematology and currently is Director of International Affairs of the Brazilian Association of Hematology. She has experience in research in Medicine, with emphasis on hematology, acting on Clinical hematology, immunohematology and transfusion medicine.
