Brendan D Stamper

Brendan D Stamper Assistant Professor Pacific University’s School of Pharmacy USA

Biography
Dr. Brendan Stamper earned his PhD in Medicinal Chemistry from the University of Washington in 2010 where he studied genomic and proteomic changes associated with acetaminophen-induced liver injury. He spent the following two years as a post-doctoral fellow at the Seattle Children’s Research Institute employing genomic technologies to study the pathogenesis of various craniofacial abnormalities. Currently, Dr. Stamper is an Assistant Professor at Pacific University’s School of Pharmacy where he teaches topics related to biochemistry, medicinal chemistry, and toxicology. His lab focuses on the utilization of genomic and transcriptomic datasets to assess the role chemical structure plays in propagating toxicologic mechanisms. He is an active member of the Society of Toxicology, the American Chemical Society, and the American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy.
