Associate Professor, Department of Human Biodynamics of the School of Physical Education and Sports USP Movement. Coordinator of the Nutrition Laboratory and Metabolism Applied to Motor Activity. Visiting Professor at Nottingham Trent University (UK) and Waikato Institute of Technology (NZ).
