Colin Macaulay

Biography

Colin Macaulay is Senior Director of Research & Development at Viron Therapeutics. A biotechnology professional with over 15 years experience developing novel protein therapeutics in an entrepreneurial biotech environment. A biochemist by training, Colin has held increasing levels of responsibility in all areas of product development including manufacturing and formulation, nonclinical pharmacology and safety studies, along with clinical and regulatory development programs. A collegial manager and team player who clearly communicate both the scientific and operational priorities to the diverse stakeholders involved in modern drug development programs.
