L. C. De currently works at ICAR-National Research Centre for Orchids. Area of Work: Production, Post-harvest Management and Value Addition of Orchids, DUS Testing on Orchids

Research Interest

His research has included production and post-harvest technologies of various flowers like tuberose, rose, chrysanthemum, gladiolus, gerbera, orchids, lily, marigold etc., fruit crops and vegetable crops of North Eastern Hill Region of India and preparation of Guidelines for the Conduct of Test for Distinctiveness, Uniformity and Stability on six orchid genera viz. Cymbidium, Dendrobium, Vanda, Cattleya, Phalaenopsis and Oncidium.
