Ebrahim Zandi

Biography

Dr. Zandi obtained his Diploma and Master degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from University of Zurich in Switzerland.  He obtained his Ph.D. in Biochemistry from the California Institute of Technology (CalTech). He then joined Dr. Karin's lab at UCSD for his postdoctoral training. Dr. Zandi joined the faculty of KSOM as a member of the Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center and as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Molecular Microbiology and Immunology. Currently he is an Associate Professor of Molecular Microbiology and Immunology. Dr. Zandi has received several awards.
