Biography

 He holds a doctorate degree in Thermal Engineering from the University of Lleida,  Spain in the year 2013. He holds a Master Degree (MSc) in Applied sciences to engineering from University of Lleida, Spain in the year 2011 and in Energy Engineering during September 2006 to October 2008 at the University Polytechnic of Catalonia (UPC), Spain. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering from Mechanical Engineering in the year 2006.  He has research and professional experience in the fields of heat and mass transfer, fluid mechanics, numerical and dynamic simulation, thermal energy storage systems, transportation and storage of temperature sensitive products. During his stay at the University of Lleida was in charge of the thermal energy storage area at high temperature (>120 ºC) for solar cooling and concentrated power plants and at the same time at low temperature (<20 ºC) applications such as transportation of temperature sensitive products such as frozen food, blood, etc. Currently he is coordinating the Green IT area where the implementation of advanced energy concepts and the integration of energy efficiency strategies and renewable energy into data centres are under consideration. He has experience in EU projects and international collaborative projects and is supporting the scientific coordinator of RenewIT project. His research interests reflect in his wide range of publications in various national and international journals.  

Research Interest

 Heat and mass transfer, fluid mechanics, numerical and dynamic simulation, thermal energy storage systems, transportation and storage of temperature sensitive products.
