Biography

Eduardo Jacob-Lopes is  Professor  of Federal University of Santa Maria, Brazil. He served as  Professor  for many years. His research interests lie in Food Science & Technology. He is the Editorial Board Member of many peer reviewed journals and his area of expertise credits him with many publications in national and international journals.
