Edward A. Monaco III

Biography

 Edward A. Monaco III is an assistant professor of neurological surgery at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. At UPMC, he practices general neurosurgery with a special interest in stereotactic neurosurgery and neuro-oncology. He also practices neurosurgery at the VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System.He earned his PhD in neuroscience and physiology at SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse and his medical degree from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. He completed a seven-year neurosurgery fellowship at UPMC.
