Dr. Emil N. Sobol completed his PhD (Candidate of Sciences) in Physics of Solids from the Moscow Institute of Steel and Alloys in 1976. He has more than 100 publications in international journals. Presently he is Head of the Biophotonics laboratory at the Institute on Laser and Information Technologies of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Troitsk -Moscow, Russia and Co-founder, VP of R.& D. and Chief Scientific Officer of the Arcuo Medical Inc., Incline Village, Nevada, USA.
