Biography

She graduated in Biological Sciences at the University of Pavia and specialized cum laude in Food Science. She participates, as a teacher, refresher courses and further education college and regional and Master of first and second level. She collaborated in the drafting of texts concerning human nutrition with the Institute for Research Scotti Bassani and Information Science and Nutrition, the Institute Danone, the company Ed. She is the co-author of the text published by the EMSI "Food hygiene and human nutrition" addressed to university students and responsible, with other authors, the revision of the English translation of the book "Nutrition and Health" by Mary E Barasi, EMSI Publishing.
