Dr. Guillermo S. Garcia Ramos is the headman of the Department of Neurology and Psychiatry
Instituto Nacional De la Nutrición “Salvador Zubirán”, México; and Headman of Neurophysiology at Medica Sur Hospital. After graduating from Medical School from Universidad de Nuevo León, Monterrey, Mexico, he received his residency in Internal Medicine at the Instituto Nacional de la Nutrición, México. He went Chicago Illinois to complete in 1974 his residency in Neurology at the Northwestern University, in which he is board certified. In addition, he completed a Neurophysiology training in Mexico.
