Hui Wang is presently working as Food Microbiologist / Biochemist. He acquired expertise in successfully characterizing proteins, conducting genomic structural research projects through high throughput strategy and gaining pool of knowledge about human disease related proteins. He was the Postdoctoral Research Fellow in The University of Toronto, Structural Genomic Consortium
